In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Aggemo d.o.o. undertakes to protect the personal data of clients, in the way that it collects only the necessary, basic information that we need in order to be able to inform them about the real estate offer in accordance with their requirements.

All user information is strictly confidential and is only available to employees who need this data to do their job.

Aggemo d.o.o. stores and processes personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the execution of a certain legitimate purpose, unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer period of storage for a particular purpose.

To the user who has requested the service „We find property for you“ or via the Contact section has given explicit consent to receive information about new properties or services, Aggemo will send an electronic newsletter with real estate and services provided, all according to user requirements. If the user wants to cancel receiving the newsletter, it can be done at any time. In the event of cancellation of consent to receive the newsletter, personal data will cease to be processed further. The collected data is stored only for the period during which the newsletter is sent.

Aggemo d.o.o. keeps personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. User data is conscientiously protected from loss, destruction, manipulation, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure. Aggemo employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

The user has the right to request the deletion of personal data at any time. By sending a request for deleting data to the email address aggemo@aggemonekretnine.hr the data will be deleted without delay unless there is a legal obligation to keep the aforementioned data, a legitimate interest or a basis for exercising your legal rights.

Aggemo will give feedback at the request of the user to delete data only if the request is sent from an active email recorded in the business system of Aggemo d.o.o. with accurate data (email, name and surname, telephone number of the user requesting information) to protect the user from the possibility of exposing personal data to a third party.
